Technology Plan
The Fauquier County Public School’s Educational Technology Plan was developed by a committee of Fauquier County School administrators, teachers, staff and parents. The plan meets the requirements set forth by the Virginia Department of Education and the vision, aspirations and needs of our school division.

If we want to transform learning, we need to provide our students with the tools, learning environments and opportunities to learn and practice the skills necessary to succeed today and in the future. Technology plays an important role in the learning process of our students. Therefore, school divisions need a plan on how they will meet the learning goals of our students, teachers and leaders in a technology driven world.
The Fauquier County Public School’s Instructional Technology Plan meets the requirements set forth by the Virginia Department of Education and the vision, aspirations and needs of our school division. As the learning and teaching goals for students, teachers and leadership grow in Fauquier County; our plan may need adjustment to meet the needs of the future. Therefore, the plan is intentionally written as a living document and will be reviewed annually and updated as needed.
