Staff Form
Staff in the division can use the help ticket system to submit support tickets. This allows work to be easily assigned to the right technology support team to address the problem.

Student Form
Students are able to submit a form that will add a ticket to the SysAid system. This allows work to be easily assigned to the right technology support team member to address the problem.
A student or parent can fill out the form. Information required includes student information (e.g. name, student ID), school, asset tag information if it is regarding an FCPS device, type of problem, and a detailed description (e.g. website URL, YouTube URL)
